Choose stock based on durability, finish, and usage.
- Will it be durable or disposable?
- Does it need to be wipeable?
- Do you need to write on it?
Most papers fall into four categories: uncoated, matt, silk, and gloss.
Print Stock Weight
- 80gsm – lightweight (forms, pads)
- 170gsm – posters and leaflets
- 350–400gsm – business cards, covers
Stock Substrate
Uncoated paper is the most natural finish with no coating applied.
